Undergraduate Programs

• Undergraduate programs offered through the Computer Science Department include concentrations in Bioinformatics. In particular, consider taking:
  • A Dual BA in Computer Science and Biology
  • B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Bioinformatics
  Which one should I take?
• Programs offered through the Biology Department:
• Dual-BA program (Biology and Computer Science) - same as the first option above.
• BS in Biology with a concentration in Bioinformatics.
• The Hughes Scholarship program for GWU science and engineering undergraduates enrolled in the period 2002-2005. This scholarship offers students (freshmen are welcome!) a chance to learn about biology and computer science through a few specialized research courses and a summer internship.
